Gameplay Dialogue
I know just stating this as “Gameplay Dialogue” is a little vague, but it essentially boils down to me being in charge of bringing the original game’s dialogue up to the quality bar that The Last of Us Part II (2020) had just shipped with. To do this, I was fielding all leveling and mastering requests from 5 other Dialogue Coordinators that were exclusively tasked to play the game and find issues.
And that isn’t even considering the other localized languages that I had to mix and master either, since I was also responsible for mastering Greek and Turkish, which we added for this game, as well as remastering all of the original Brazilian Portuguese files.
