Localization Import Tool

While it performs a similar task to the Database Import Tool, our Localization Import Tool was made with the Loc team in mind - allowing them to easily import batches of localized files depending on the reference files that are selected. Using this tool, the user has the ability to pick and choose whatever languages they want to import, making editing localized files significantly easier by removing the need to manually track down each file in the enormous batch that they are delivered in.
